These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sourclip Chrome extension and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated as an independent product. By installing the extension or using the website, you agree to these terms.
The free tier of Sourclip does not require an account. Creating an account (free or paid) requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to:
Sourclip integrates with Google NotebookLM and other third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Reddit). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make that affect Sourclip's functionality.
Pro plans are billed as recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual). The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sourclip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these terms. You may stop using the Service and uninstall the extension at any time.
